We regret that we do not refund postage and packaging where a product has been ordered by mistake, or is simply too big or too small. Where dimensions are stated, we will have to recover our delivery charge to you. This covers our postage and packing to you and depending upon the size of the order, the charge can range from £4.95 - 50.00. Refunds will be processes less this charge. Please take extra time to check the dimensions before placing your order. We do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is the result of our error.
