Out of stock items
Products shown in stock on our website, are genuinely in stock; please be assured that we ARE holding stock in our seven thousand square foot warehouse. Where an item is temporarily out of stock, you can request to be e-mailed when the item becomes availble; this is an automated facility and located on the poduct page.
Returns, Replacements and Cancellations
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 7 days together with your receipt for an exchange or full refund. If you do not have the receipt, we will give you an exchange or credit note at the current selling price. Any returns must be unassembled, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Please make sure that you check your items carefully when they arrive and before they are used. We recommend that you keep your invoice or order number as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
We regret that we do not refund postage and packaging
where a product has been ordered by mistake, or is simply to big or to small. Where dimensions are stated, a restocking fee will be applied. This covers our postage and packing to you and depending upon the size of the order, the fee can range from £4.95 - £50.00. Refunds will be processes less this fee. Please take extra time to check the dimensions before placing your order. We do not refund the cost of returns postage, except where the return is the result of our error.Please post all returns to:

We regret that we do not refund postage and packaging, or the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our error. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
We can only take responsibility for returns once received at our warehouse and for your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim if your parcel is lost.
You have the right to cancel your purchase (under the Distance Selling Regulations) for a period of seven working days, beginning the day after the day on which you received your order. Cancellations must be requested in writing and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items as outlined above. The right to cancel does not apply to personalised products.
We treat your Personal Information as confidential. We keep it on a secure server and we comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
When you shop with us, we will ask you to input Personal Information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password. This is for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
When you create an account you will be given the option to receive information from about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, ensure that you let us know by e-mailing us.
We never make your details available to any third parties without your prior written consent. We do not hold your credit card information.
We will only send you promotional e-mails in the future if you have asked us to or have previously ordered from us. We may also send you information regarding your order by e-mail.
